"Awesome support from Slidegeeks"
I just wrapped up a chat with Jack over at Slidegeeks.com. What a fantastic troubleshooting session! I was having trouble accessing my account, and the password reset wasn’t working like it usually does. Turns out, my authentication email was linked to an old job. Jack switched my user email to my current one, and boom, I was back in!

Big thanks to Jack and the Slidegeeks team. Fast, easy, and no fuss at all.

"Needed a school template, but the support was awful and they kept charging me."
I signed up for this site looking for a fresh template for school. Unfortunately, I never got the template I was promised. After the trial ended, they kept hitting me with invoices for a service I wanted to cancel and didn’t even use. When I tried to unsubscribe, they wouldn’t help me out, whether it was about the billing or through customer support emails. All I want is for my account to be canceled and to stop getting these fake bills.

"Misleading Upgrades and Missing File Extensions"
The slides are missing file extensions - how are you supposed to use 'em? I attempted to switch from monthly to semi-annual after using my 10 downloads, thinking there was an issue with the files, but the customer service guy just gave me the runaround. He said he’d hook me up with a big discount, but all he did was take off what I had already paid. Totally misleading.

"Top-notch Tool!"
This is an awesome tool for speeding up document creation. The design gets a solid 5 stars, plus you can tweak the slides to your liking, and the selection of templates is just fantastic!

I had the pleasure of working with Jack Warner over at SlideGeeks. After my computer crashed, I created a new account and lost access to my previous downloads. Jack was instrumental in helping me regain my account and retrieve my data. Their slide decks are top-notch. "Fantastic Shopping Experience"
I discovered SlideGeeks when I typed in 'delivery report' on Google. I was amazed to find some awesome report templates available for free download.

My experience was truly great because the live chat support helped me locate the perfect slide. This definitely saved me a bunch of time scrolling through numerous templates.
